County Democratic Party Chair Will Harvey has no idea what he's up against as Charles Martin lured him into a game of billiards.

Will has a lot in common with Rob Bell, who is challenging Charles for the 58th District House of Delegates seat: they both naively entered into competition with Charles Martin.
