Sean O'Brien will not be running for the Democratic nomination for City Council in 2002.

Instead, he has taken a position as the new director of the Project on Campaign Conduct for the Sorensen Institute of Political Leadership.

This weekend, the Project on Campaign Conduct sponsored a three-day course on "ethical campaigns" for first time political candidates at Boar's Head. Participants included seventeen candidates for city council, board of supervisor, sheriff and commonwealth attorney around the state.
