I'll put in my 2 cents for Hemings as a name for both the Connector and 10th Street Please only one name for one street. We don't need more name changes mid-street. To me Hemings Way sounds too much like "Hemingway". I would go with Hemings Avenue, sounds a little more important than street or road. I also agree agout using only the surname which would be more inclusive.
