Are you implying the ACLU suit is frivolous? The Judge ruled that Covenant was not religious though I understand they pray frequently in class, etc. They advertise as nondenominational Christian school, and the bonds they seek are taxpayer supported. Not only that, they will then pay back their bonds with tax free donations. Seems to me there are issues here that are of concern especially for non Christians of any denomination.
