If I had to bet (and I am a gambling woman! Thank God I don't live in Las Vegas) ... I would say that the Honorable Mr. [Maurice] Cox is getting on board the bus to chide the driver for almost running him down, inadvertently, as Cox bicycled to work.

The sad lot of bicycle riders -- and I would be one -- in this town.

The mysterious rider is an undercover FBI agent on a surveillance mission searching for Iraqi spies.

Then again, it could be that George Loper fellow annoying people with his digital camera while trying to determine exactly what the ridership figures from CTS actually mean.
