It is still not to late to drive along skyline drive to catch the winter snows.

Last Thursday I drove from Swift Run Gap (off Highway 33) north to Thornton Gap (off 522) and passed at most 6 or 7 automobiles. Otherwise, with the exception of a few birds and a train whistle, all was quiet as a church mouse.
