George -

I came upon this insane article [on the Loper website] while researching C.W. [Colonial Williamsburg]

It just goes to show that most people do not have the ability to reason logically anymore.

The facts are the facts, and the correct conclusion is simple, by anyone's standards. The motivation for doing this is likewise simple, and transparent. The facts:

Janel Rankins needed a job.

C.W. hires her, trains her, gives her an employee manual. She agrees to the rules of employment, and accepts money in return for her time there.

She understands what is appropriate dress for the 18th century, and she, based on this knowledge dyes her hair an unnatural color, going against employee terms and conditions of employment. She does not comply with the rules for continued employment. She is reprimanded. She sets up her boss and C.W. for "The Race-Card" game. She holds a press conference. She does this while her union is in the middle of negotiations with C.W. Why now?

Does this now mean that white employees can disregard C.W. rules and come to work in 'blackface' and wear afro wigs ? Why not? Because it's not natural looking ? If they are not allowed to, isn't that discrimination and Racist? Why didn't Janel ask if she could wear a micro-mini skirt and 9" stiletto heels ? Because anyone could do that and it wouldn't be considered 'Racist?'

Truthfully now, how many naturally blonde Negroes have you seen in your life ? How many existed in the 18th century ? How many exist today ? Can white employees now dye their hair purple, or blue, or green? I hear that they are natural colors on Mars.

I also know that Mcdonalds is hiring. Maybe she could get a job there and then later decide she doesn't have to wear a uniform, and then maybe dye her hair Magenta.

Have I gotton ridiculous enough yet? Has she? What do you think?

Haven't we all gotton sick of Janel's (and people like her) ego and her "LOOK AT ME" attitude yet?

Haven't we all gotten sick of the Race Card Game, being called racist when we ask that the rules be followed?

And finally, aren't we kind of tired of the courts being tied up with these false Race Card/extortionist cases?

Keep going after the money, any way you can Janel....
