Jim Peterson retires at the end of September after 30 years as executive director of Region Ten Community Services Board. Region X provides mental health, mental retardation and substance use disorders services and is celebrating 35 years of service to Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson.
