As we honor all of our fallen hereoes I think it is important to remeber that during the war in Iraq Charlottesville lost one of their own sons.

Bradley Arms left the University of Georgia before his junior year to join the United States Marine Corps to serve his country. Brad was a graduate of The Covenant School and earned the respect of everyone around him, including myself who had the opportunity to be one of his many friends.

I urge everyone to remeber not only on this memorial day, but throughout this conflict that war is not all that far from home, especially when one of our own die.
