On April 19, 2006, the Faculty
Letter to President Casteen on the Living Wage was also released. If
you are a UVa faculty member and would like to sign it but have not done
so, contact Herbert (Tico) Braun at hb3r@virginia.edu or Herbert (Chip)
Tucker at ht2t@virginia.edu.
On April 20th at 1 pm, there will be a rally, streetside Rotunda. At
7 pm, there will be a rally and teach-in, streetside Rotunda, with members
of the 17 and Prof Herbert Tucker who will read the letter to Casteen drafted
and signed by over 200 faculty.
