I think UVA's failure to pay a living wage to its employees is despicable. An institution of higher education should set a good moral example in the community. An example of one that goes to any lengths, economic or moral, to support big-time sports players and facilities while simultaneously underpaying its employees is brutal. Sort of reminds me of the Romans and their slaves. Or even more recent slaveholders.
