George, I have been following this case for a couple of months. A young woman who became pregnant at the age of 14 had a baby in secret. The baby died at birth as she delivered the child on a toilet seat. After she was taken to a hospital complaining of stomach pains, medical personal determined that she had a baby and then called in the Authorities. The dead child was later found in an abandoned car. This is a perfect example of what is happening due to the Parental Notification Law for minors who want/need an abortion. This is a tragic story of politicians playing God with a young woman's life.
