There was a party at La Taza in Belmont Friday evening to celebrate the
new bilingual TV program Zona Latina. An hour-long magazine of people,
food, style, history and local info, Zona Latina will be available
throughout the week on various broadcast and cable outlets in the region--check
your program listings for details. Governor Kaine applauded the merit of
the enterprise with a Certificate of Recognition, held by Carlos Teran.
