They will explain House Bill 4437, The Border Protection, Antiterrorism and Illegal Immigration Control Act of 2005, which FAIR favors; the Senate Bill 2611, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of May 25, 2006; the compromise bill offered by Republican Representative Pence of Indiana, which FAIR opposes; and the federal law which creates barriers to state and local attempts to address immigration reform and control.
