The September session is "The 'Charlottesville Tomorrow Survey 2007' - Policy Implications for Local Growth and Rural Area Develpment." Brian Wheeler, CEO of Charlottesville Tomorrow, will start the meeting with a brief description of the methodology and a summary of the survey's major findings regarding growth. Two authorities on local growth will describe their views of what the survey results imply for new policies to control growth in Albemarle County's rural areas: Dennis Rooker, Albemarle County Supervisor; and Jay Willer, Executive Vice President of Blue Ridge Home Builders.
