I've concluded that to do a full-scale investigation now would be so disruptive (sucking too much air out of attention to other major problems) that although it must be done to avoid a later repetition, other issues take priority at this time. The focus has to be on health care, global warming / energy / carbon taxes, JOBS, foreclosures and the economy. Later the spotlight should be on those lawyers who wrote the directives, which supposedly legalized extreme interrogation measures.
