I understand from George Loper that you are interested in constituent feedback about a proposal to add the words, "Choose Life" to state tags. My response is that any state which carries out executions and chooses death to rid itself of problem citizens would be entirely hypocritical with such a motto on its licenses. Get rid of capital punishment and I would have no problem with this sentiment...
