The traffic is not going to go away. If anything, it will get worse. We have been living in Charlottesville for some 28 years now and they were arguing about the Parkway back then! People tell us that they were arguing about it a decade before that. It all should have been done so long ago. If people decide not to drive their cars to work then we may not need the Parkway. Good luck!
